- 5 Tablespoons of Butter
- 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 2 lbs Jumbo Shrimp, peeled
- ½ Tablespoon of Dried Oregano
- ¼ teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
- ½ teaspoon of Celery Salt
- ½ teaspoon of Mustard Powder
- 1-2 drops of Shrimp & Crab Boil (Zatarain's)
- 1-2 Tablespoons of Coconut Flour
- 3 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat a large frying pan to medium and add the butter. When it melts, add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
- Add the shrimp, stir until the shrimps are coated with butter, then mix in the oregano, cayenne pepper, celery salt, mustard, and crab boil.
- Cook for about 5 minutes until shrimps turn opaque. Turn off the heat.
- Sprinkle in the coconut flour a little at a time until you reach the desired thickness and texture. You may not need all of the coconut flour.
- Toss in the olive oil and serve!
