Cajun Garlic Butter Shrimp Recipe





INGREDIENTS:
  • 5 Tablespoons of Butter
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 2 lbs Jumbo Shrimp, peeled
  • ½ Tablespoon of Dried Oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of Celery Salt
  • ½ teaspoon of Mustard Powder
  • 1-2 drops of Shrimp & Crab Boil (Zatarain's)
  • 1-2 Tablespoons of Coconut Flour
  • 3 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cajun Garlic Butter Shrimp Recipe


INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Heat a large frying pan to medium and add the butter. When it melts, add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
  2. Add the shrimp, stir until the shrimps are coated with butter, then mix in the oregano, cayenne pepper, celery salt, mustard, and crab boil.
  3. Cook for about 5 minutes until shrimps turn opaque. Turn off the heat.
  4. Sprinkle in the coconut flour a little at a time until you reach the desired thickness and texture. You may not need all of the coconut flour.
  5. Toss in the olive oil and serve!
