Pinoy Kamote Que (Fried Sweet Potato Recipe)


INGREDIENTS

kamote (sweet potato), sliced
granulated sugar
cooking oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a pan, heat the cooking oil.
  2. Then add the kamote.
  3. Sprinkle the kamote with granulated sugar. Fry for about 5-10 minutes. (Flip the kamote few times to allow the sugar to coat the kamote).
  4. Remove the kamote from the pan one at a time. You can directly skewer the fried kamote once removed from the pan.
  5. Let it cool down then serve.
