Slow Cooker Chicken Adobo Recipe


INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 pieces of bone-in chicken (this recipe used drum sticks)
  • 3/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 6 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 shallot, sliced
  • 3 bay leaves

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on high 4-5 hours.
  2. Serve with spaghetti squash and green beans (or serve on rice, just how it’s normally served).
