INGREDIENTS:
- 8 pieces of bone-in chicken (this recipe used drum sticks)
- 3/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 6 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 shallot, sliced
- 3 bay leaves
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on high 4-5 hours.
- Serve with spaghetti squash and green beans (or serve on rice, just how it’s normally served).
