INGREDIENTS:
- 1 k. pork ribs, cut to serving portions
- 2 pcs. Maggi Pork Broth Cubes, dissolved in
- 4 cups rice washing
- 2 med. Onions, quartered
- ½ cup quatered tomatoes
- 2 stalks lemongrass, tied into a knot
- 3 pcs. Gabi, quartered
- 2 cups stringbeans, cut into 3"-lengths
- 1 pc. red bell pepper, sliced
- ½ cup spring onions, chopped
- Simmer pork in broth with onions, tomatoes and lemongrass.
- Cook for 45 minutes or until pork is tender.
- Add gabi and continue simmering until gabi is tender.
- Stir in the rest of the vegetables and simmer for another 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
