INGREDIENTS:
- 5 pcs big Tilapia
- 1/2 kilo red tomatoes, sliced
- 1 pc onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp alamang (shrimp paste)
- 4 pcs egg, beaten
- Fry tilapia. Set aside.
- Saute onion and garlic. Add shrimp paste and mix until paste is cooked.
- Add tomato. Stir and leave for 5minutes.
- Season with salt and put fried tilapia.
- Pour egg. Remove from heat after a couple of minutes.
