INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kilo squid
- 2 pcs onions (chopped)
- 1 pc bell pepper (chopped)
- 3 pcs tomatoes (chopped)
- 2 tbsp kalamansi juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Clean squid properly by removing its backbone, ink and film coating.
- Also remove the innards of the squid.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine onion, bellpepper, tomatoes and add soy sauce and kalamansi juice. Mix well.
- Stuff the mix ingredients inside the squid.
- Baste oil on the squid before grilling.
- Grill squid for 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
- Serve and enjoy!
