INGREDIENTS:
- 8pcs chicken wings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp all purpose flour.
- 1 tsp all purpose flour, dilute in water
- 1/2 lemon (juiced, lemon rind)
- 1 tsp chicken powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tbsp celery leaves, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp white sugar
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 1 tsp olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Marinate chicken in soy sauce for about 30min.
- Combine 4 tbsp flour, a pinch of salt and pepper.Dredge chicken wings.
- Heat oil. Fry the coated chicken until color turns light brown. Set aside.
- In another pan, heat olive oil. Saute garlic and celery.
- Add chicken powder, sugar, salt, lemon rind and juice. Stir and let boil.
- Season with salt and pepper. Add diluted flour. Stir until sauce thickens.
- Put-in the fried chicken wings. Stir and simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve!
